The Raw Truth on L&L was born from a simple belief: the hardest conversations are the ones most worth having. After walking through loss ourselves, we saw how often grief is met with silence, discomfort, or a rush to “move on.”
So we started a broadcast to do the opposite — to sit in the honest, messy, beautiful truth of death, dying, grief, and love. No scripts. No pretending. Just real people sharing real stories, so no one has to carry their grief alone.
Three things guide every conversation we have.
We don’t sugarcoat. We say the things most people are afraid to say out loud.
Every conversation is a step toward processing loss and finding peace.
Even in the darkest moments we look for the light — and remind you that you are not alone.
Your experience could be the comfort someone else needs to hear.
We don’t just talk about death. We talk about life. Because they go hand in hand.
